Welcome to Prince George's Community Television

Prince George's Community Television (CTV) is an award winning, non-profit cable access facility that serves as the media hub of information for Prince George's County.

CTV was formed in 1989 to promote the use of local television media by residents, schools, civic groups, faith based organizations, as well as the Prince George’s County Government.

Residents and citizens get access to the public access channel seen on Comcast cable and Verizon FIOS by taking classes and producing their own shows or by submitting programs to air on CTV.

You will also find staff-produced programming for both channels including CTV NEWS, a live, local news and sports program that airs live at 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

CTV has received almost 200 industry awards since 1999 including Telly awards, Hometown Video (ACM), ITVA, Communicator awards, and Worldfest awards, just to mention a few.
